Dashboard metrics

You can find detailed information about revenue, installation, and reviews for each of your apps on the Apps page in your Partner Dashboard.

To view details about your apps:

  1. Log in to your Partner Dashboard.

  2. Click Apps.

  3. On the Apps page, click the name of the app whose details you want to view. Depending on the type of app, you'll see a different selection of App installations metrics and App revenue metrics:

App installations metrics

Total earnings The Total earnings amount refers to the sum of your app’s pending payments and previous payments received, minus any commission that has been deducted. The total earnings amount doesn't include payments from merchants who have yet to pay an outstanding balance to Shopify. Application credits count as a negative earning against this amount.
One-time charges The One-time charges amount refers to the sum of one-time application charges made through your app. It includes all pending payments and previous payments that were made using the ApplicationCharge API.
Recurring charges The Recurring charges amount refers to the sum of your app’s pending payments and previous payments made from the RecurringApplicationCharge API. It also includes payments that were made using the UsageCharge API.
Application credits The Application credits amount refers to the sum of your app’s payments that were made using the ApplicationCredit API.

App revenue metrics

Current installs The Current installs amount refers to the number of stores with the app currently installed. It includes any frozen or dormant stores.
Unique installs The Unique installs amount refers to the number of stores that have or had the app installed.
Total Uninstalls The Uninstalls amount refers to the number of stores that have uninstalled the app and do not have an active installation.
App Store Rating The App Store Rating amount refers to the average lifetime rating for your app.
