Connecting a third-party domain to Shopify

To connect a domain you bought from a third-party domain provider (e.g. GoDaddy, IONOS, Wix) you need to log in to your account on the platform and update DNS records.

After you've updated the records, you will need to wait for those changes to propagate across the internet. This usually happens within two hours, but can take up to 2 days.
