Add a secondary cardholder
When you invite a staff member to be a secondary cardholder, they need to accept the invitation and complete their secondary cardholder setup within 14 days. If they don't accept the invitation within 14 days, then you can resend the invitation.
When you invite a staff member to be a secondary cardholder, you can choose a monthly spending limit for that secondary cardholder. You can change the monthly spending limit of any secondary cardholder in your Shopify admin at any time. The monthly spending limit resets on the first calendar day of each month.
If at any time the total available credit on the Shopify Credit account is less than the secondary cardholders available monthly spending limit, then the secondary cardholder can't spend more than the remaining available credit.
For example, if the remaining available credit is $500, and the secondary cardholders monthly available spending limit is $1000, then they're able to spend only $500.
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Finance.
In the Accounts section, click Credit.
