Managing combined payments with Shopify Bill Pay

Combining multiple bill payments into one can be useful when you're dealing with several invoices from the same vendor. You can save time by processing as many as 20 payments simultaneously. If you select more than 20 bills, then only the first 20 will be processed in this batch, and you'll be notified about any excluded bills.

Steps:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Finances > Bill Pay.
2. Select the bills that you want to combine. You can mix both domestic and international bills.
3. Click Schedule payments.
4. If the selected bills are from the same vendor, then you can combine these payments into one by clicking Combine payments from the Combiine bills from the same vendor dialog.
5. Click Continue.
6. On the Schedule payments page, review how many bills have been combined into this single payment for the vendor.
7. Click (X) bill, where X is the number of bills combined.
