Excluding products and locations from Shop Promise

You can exclude specific products and locations from Shop Promise in your Shopify admin. Before you exclude products or locations, review the following considerations:

• Your store must have more than one location in order to exclude locations from Shop Promise.
• Your store must have at least one product that isn't excluded from Shop Promise.
• The maximum number of exclusions for variants and locations is 1,000 exclusions each.

Exclude products or locations from Shop Promise

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Shop > Promise.

2. Click Settings.

3. In the Product and location exclusions section, click Edit.

4. To exclude fulfillment locations from Shop Promise, do the following:

   1. In the Fulfillment locations section, click Add.
   2. Search for and select the fulfillment locations to exclude from Shop Promise.
   3. Click Done.

5. To exclude product variants from Shop Promise, do the following:

   1. In the Products section, click Add.
   2. Search for and select the product variants to exclude from Shop Promise.
   3. Click Done.

6. Click Save.

After you save your exclusion list, orders for products or locations on your list no longer display a Shop Promise badge or expected delivery date. To add additional locations or products, click Manage in the Fulfillment locations or Products section.

Remove products or locations from your exclusion list

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Shop > Promise.

2. Click Settings.

3. In the Product and location exclusions section, click Edit.

4. To include fulfillment locations for Shop Promise, do the following:

   1. In the Fulfillment locations section, click Manage.
   2. Search for and unselect the fulfillment locations to include in Shop Promise.
   3. Click Done.

5. To include product variants for Shop Promise, do the following:

   1. In the Products section, click Manage.
   2. Search for and select the product variants to include in Shop Promise.
   3. Click Done.

6. Click Save.
