Shopify Shipping with SEUR
If you're shipping from a location in Spain, then you can buy Shopify Shipping labels from SEUR. You can drop off packages at a drop-off location and ship them domestically.
The shipping rates that you're charged are based on Shopify's account with SEUR.

Considerations for shipping packages with SEUR
- Shopify Shipping with SEUR ships only domestically within Spain and doesn't support international destinations.
- Pickups aren't available with SEUR. You need to drop off your package at a SEUR location.
- Make sure that your shipment meets SEUR's special and forbidden goods requirements.
Getting your products to SEUR
You can drop your products off at a SEUR location. Find your nearest SEUR location.
Currently, Shopify Shipping doesn't support pickups with SEUR.
Domestic shipping with SEUR
SEUR doesn't have guaranteed delivery times, but aims to deliver shipments within 24 hours. This timeline might be extended for an additiona 24 hours for deliveries to remote locations.

If your shipment fails to deliver, then after 2 failed delivery attempts, the shipment is left at a collection counter or office. Packages are held for 5 calendar days at a SEUR collection counter, or 10 calendar days at a SEUR office. If the consignee doesn't collect the shipment within the hold time, then the parcel is returned to the sender.
Package requirements for SEUR domestic shipments
The following are the maximum values that SEUR allows for domestic shipments:
- maximum weight is 20 kg (44 lb)
- the maximum sum of the dimensions of the package (length + width + height) is 170 cm (66.9 inches)
- no single dimension of the package can exceed 100 cm (39.3 inches)
Submitting shipping claims for SEUR shipments
If you're using SEUR with Shopify Shipping and your SEUR shipment is lost or damaged, then you can submit a shipping claim with Shopify Shipping Support.
Included insurance coverage for SEUR shipments
SEUR offers coverage of up to €6.66 EUR per kg of package weight for lost and damaged packages.
Submitting a shipping claim for a lost SEUR shipment
If your SEUR shipment is lost, then you can submit a claim within 26 days of the date that the package was dropped off at a SEUR location.
To initiate a shipping claim with SEUR, submit a shipping claim in the Shopify admin. Include the following information in your claim:
- cost invoice showing the value of the contents or a screenshot of the order confirmation page
Submitting a shipping claim for a damaged SEUR shipment
If your SEUR shipment is damaged, then you can submit a claim within 5 days of the date that the package was dropped off at a SEUR location. To initiate a shipping claim with SEUR, submit a shipping claim in the Shopify admin. Include the following information in your claim:
- cost invoice showing the value of the contents or a screenshot of the order confirmation page
- photos of the outside of the package with the SEUR label on the package
- photos of the inside of the package
- photos of the damaged items
Requesting support for SEUR shipments
If you're using SEUR with Shopify Shipping and you need help, then you can contact Shopify Support. You can also submit shipping claims for SEUR shipments that are lost or damaged.
Rerouting a SEUR shipment
You can request a shipment reroute only if the package isn't in transit or delivered. To reroute your shipment, you need to contact Shopify Support and provide the following information:
- tracking number
- the new delivery address
