Set up preferred carriers for use with Shopify Shipping

You can set up a list of preferred shipping carriers to be displayed when you buy shipping labels. After setting up your preferred carriers and services, they're displayed by default when you purchase shipping labels with Shopify Shipping.

Select preferred carriers for Shopify Shipping labels

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.

  2. Click Add preferred carrier services.

  3. Select the carrier services that you want to choose from when creating shipping labels.

  4. Click Add carriers.

After you select your preferred carriers, they're displayed by default when you purchase labels. To add additional carriers, click Add more.

Manage services for preferred Shopify Shipping carriers

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.

  2. Click the carrier that you want to manage.

  3. Unselect any services from that carrier that you don't want to display when you purchase shipping labels.

After you select your preferred services from a preferred carrier, they're displayed by default when you purchase labels. Unselected services aren't displayed.

Remove preferred carriers for Shopify Shipping labels

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.

  2. Click the carrier that you want to remove from your preferred carrier list.

  3. Click Remove carrier from preferences.

After you remove a preferred carrier, it's no longer displayed by default when you purchase labels.
