Shopify Plus transaction fees
When you use Shopify Payments on the Shopify Plus plan, you benefit from competitive rates for various payment methods, including domestic and international cards.
If you opt for a third-party payment provider, then you’ll pay their fees along with a small percentage fee to Shopify for security and compliance. However, you might have the option to waive those transaction fees by activating Shopify Payments, depending on your location. Service fee for B2B
Shopify B2B features are only available on the Shopify Plus plan. The B2B functionality itself doesn't have a separate cost, it's included as part of your Shopify Plus plan subscription.
