    Deactivating Markets Pro

Activating Markets Pro affects all your markets. You can't activate or deactivate Markets Pro for specific markets.

If you no longer want to use Markets Pro for all your international orders, then you need to contact Shopify Support and request to deactivate Markets Pro on your store. Only store owners can deactivate Markets Pro.

After deactivating Markets Pro, consider the following:

    • Non-primary markets are deactivated. You'll need to review your markets and reactivate them before cross-border sales resume.
    • Review and update your shipping rates after deactivation. Shipping rates don't automatically revert to how they were before activating Markets Pro.
    • Orders created prior to deactivation still need to be fulfilled through Markets Pro using DHL Express. Orders placed after deactivation can use other fulfillment methods.

You can reactivate Markets Pro from Settings > Markets.
