Managing Linkpop settings

Linkpop lets you create a landing page that you can use to connect your customers to your Shopify account, social media accounts, and other online media. You can create shoppable links for your Linkpop landing page so customers can buy your products directly on your landing page.

Important considerations

Review the following considerations when signing up for Linkpop by Shopify:

  • You can't connect multiple stores to the same Linkpop page.
  • Only 1 Linkpop account can be connected to a store at a time.
  • You can only log in to the Linkpop page associated with your Shopify account, meaning when you have multiple staff members, only 1 user can act as the administrator for the store's Linkpop page.
  • You can create several Linkpop landing pages associated with an email address, so when you have multiple Shopify stores associated with a single email address, you can create a page for each store.
  • When you create your Linkpop landing page, make sure it matches your Shopify account owner email.
  • Your Linkpop landing page URL can't be edited after it has been created.
  • Your Linkpop landing page URL is a permanent URL. If you delete your Linkpop landing page, then you can't recreate another page using the same URL.
