Policies for products and returns in the Shopify Collective app

You can set up policies in your Shopify Collective app settings, to create specific rules for groups of suppliers and define how you want to manage products and returns.

For products, you can choose how you want to import and synchronize products, and how to handle products that become unavailable to sell with Shopify Collective. For returns, you can choose how you want to handle processing, fees, declines, and refunds with your suppliers.
