Resolving StockX account errors

If an Account error banner displays in your StockX sales channel saying that your product listings have been removed from StockX, then you might need to resolve one or more of the following issues in your StockX profile:

  • Your billing address is missing
  • Your shipping address is missing
  • Your payout details are missing
  • You have StockX vacation mode activated
  • Your email address hasn't been verified on StockX
  • Your Shopify and StockX selling currencies don't match

After you fix the account issue, reload the StockX sales channel in your Shopify admin, and then click Publish listings in the Ready to list section to republish your product listings on StockX.

Getting support for selling on StockX with Shopify

If you need help with syncing and managing products from your StockX sales channel in Shopify, or with anything related to your StockX account, then you can contact StockX.

In the StockX sales channel in your Shopify admin, click Contact support.

Disconnect your StockX account from Shopify

You can disconnect your StockX account from the StockX sales channel in Shopify at any time.

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps and sales channels.

  2. Click StockX.

  3. Click Open sales channel.

  4. In the StockX Account section, click Disconnect.

  5. In the dialog, click Disconnect.
