You can use your theme's documentation to learn which sections and settings are included in the theme, and for guidance on how to use your theme's features. You can find documentation for every theme in the Shopify Theme Store.

Free themes from Shopify
To access the documentation for free themes from Shopify, visit the relevant section in the Themes section of the Shopify Help Center for what you want to learn about. For example, you can learn about using the theme editor, managing sections and blocks, and customizing your theme.
Paid themes
You can access the documentation for a paid theme through the theme editor in your Shopify admin on a desktop or mobile browser.
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.
Click ...
Click View documentation.
