Printing documents using the Shopify Order Printer app

You can use the Shopify Order Printer app to print invoices and packing slips for your orders from both the Shopify admin and the Shopify POS app. You can print up to 50 orders at a time with the Shopify Order Printer app. To print more orders, consider exporting orders to a CSV file.

  1. From your Shopify admin, click Orders.
  2. Use the checkboxes to select the orders that you want to print documents for.
  3. Click , and then click Print with Order Printer.
  4. In the Document section, select the documents that you want to print.
  5. Click Print documents.

Saving a document as a PDF file

When you print documents with the Shopify Order Printer app, your browser's print function is used to print documents. You can use this function to save your documents as PDF files.

Set up default document templates

You can select which documents you want to print by default for each order.

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels.
  2. Click Order Printer.
  3. Click Open app.

  4. Click Templates.

  5. Click the document that you want to print by default.

  6. Select Print by default.

  7. Click Save.
