Payout status
The All payouts section of the Payouts page lists all of your payouts and their current status:
Status | Description |
---|---|
Scheduled | The payout is in the process of being sent to your bank account. |
Paid | The payout was sent to your bank. This doesn't mean that you have the funds in your bank account. Your bank might still need to process and deposit the funds into your account, which typically takes between 1-3 business day depending on your bank. |
Failed | Your bank failed to successfully process the payout, and the funds weren't deposited. You should follow the prompts in your Shopify admin to learn about next steps. |
