Add Secondary Email

You can add a secondary email to your account to help you restore access to your Shopify account if you can't access your primary email address. Security notifications related to your account such as login alerts and password reset requests are also sent to your secondary email.

During the set up for a secondary email address, an email is sent to that email address for verification. You must have access to the secondary email address to verify the address. The verification email can take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox.
