Managing your Oberlo plan
You can use Oberlo for free using the Explorer plan, or you can select a different plan from the Your plan page in your Oberlo account settings.
Your Oberlo plan never changes automatically. For example, if you use the Boss plan and have 550 products, then you remove 100 products. Although you're now in the threshold for the Explorer plan, you still use the Boss plan. If you want to change to the Explorer plan, then you need to manually change your plan level.
Change your plan
If you upgrade your plan, then your plan changes right away. If you downgrade your plan, then your plan changes on your next billing date. You can view your next billing date by clicking on your Oberlo account name, and then clicking Account settings > Your plan.
- Go to your Oberlo dashboard.
- Click your Oberlo account name, and then click Account settings > Your plan.
- Click Switch Plan in the Your Plan section.
- Click Select for the plan that you want.
- Enter your payment details, and then click Start plan.
Remove Oberlo from Shopify
To stop plan charges from Oberlo, you can change to the Explorer plan. To remove Oberlo from your store, you can delete it from the Apps page in your Shopify admin.
From your Shopify admin, go to Apps.
Click the delete icon beside the Oberlo icon.
Optional: Select the reason why you are uninstalling the app from the drop-down menu.
Optional: Enter any issues that you experienced with the app.
If you reinstall Oberlo, then the same Oberlo account connects to your Shopify account again. If you want to use a new or different Oberlo account, then you need to set up Oberlo on another Shopify account.
