You can update and customize Stocky to best suit your needs.

Update personal information

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Stocky.
  2. Click the account button.
  3. Go to Preferences > Privacy.
  4. Update the name of the Shop owner to ensure that all communications from Stocky are addressed to the correct person.
  5. Update the Account email to ensure that account related alerts and reports are sent to the correct email address.
  6. Click Save Changes.

Activate and name custom fields

Stocky lets you create two additional custom fields per product variant.

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Stocky.
  2. Click the account button.
  3. Go to Preferences > Custom Fields.
  4. Click the checkbox next to the field that you want to use, and then enter a name for the field. For example, Warehouse Location.
  5. Click Save Changes.

Choosing where custom fields are displayed

By default, your custom fields are available on the Variant report page, but you can also choose to display them on the Purchase order and Purchase order planner pages.

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Stocky.
  2. Click the account button.
  3. Go to Preferences > Purchase orders.
  4. In the Table columns section, click the type of purchase order where you want the custom field to be displayed.
  5. Select the fields that you want to display.
  6. Click Update.

Tax rates

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Stocky.
  2. Click the account button.
  3. Go to Preferences > Tax Rates, and then click New Tax Rate.
  4. Enter a name for the tax rate. This name is for your reference only.
  5. Enter the tax rate as a percentage.
  6. Enter the code that you want to display on your purchase orders.
  7. Click Create.

You can also set a default sales tax rate. This is applied to all newly created purchase orders unless a tax rate is specified in the supplier settings.

Display tax rates on purchase orders

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Stocky.
  2. Click the account button.
  3. Go to Preferences > Purchase Orders.
  4. Click Settings for draft PO.
  5. Select Tax rate, and then click Update.
  6. Click Settings for ordered PO.
  7. Select Tax rate, and then click Update.
