Migrating your creators to Shopify Collabs
You can migrate an existing community to Shopify Collabs by bulk importing your creators from another platform.
Before you import your existing creators to Shopify Collabs, make sure that you create a program that reflects the benefits that these creators already receive from your business. You can also add a gift to the Collabs offer that you make.
As well as bulk importing your existing creators, you can also recruit new creators by sending them direct invites from Shopify Collabs.

Invitation limits for migrating your creators
Depending on different factors related to your store, the Overview page in your Collabs app might display an option to Import creators from another platform. With this feature, you can import and invite up to 1,000 creators in any 7-day period. This helps you bulk import large numbers of creators.
The 1,000-invitation limit lasts for 30 days from the date that the feature was activated for your store, after which it reverts to the standard invitation limit of 100 creators in any 7-day period. You can't opt in or request access to this temporary invitation limit increase.
To view your current 7-day invitation limit, and a running count of the number of invites that you've used, go to the Invite creators page in your Collabs app, and check the Invitations used number in the Add creator emails section.
Considerations for migrating your creators to Shopify Collabs
Before you migrate your existing creators to Shopify Collabs, review the following considerations:
- Before you can invite creators to work with you in Shopify Collabs, you need to verify your email address in the Point of contact section on the Settings page of your Shopify Collabs app.
- Invitations that you send with the bulk import tool expire after 30 days.
- If you reach your store's 7-day invitation limit at any time, then you can't import and invite any more creators until your invitation limit resets.

From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
Click Collabs.
Click Open app.
On the Overview page, click Import creators from another platform.
In the Bring your creator community to Collabs section, do either or both of the following:

- To select a gift option to offer to the creators, click Add gift, select the gift that you want to add, and then click Add to offer.
In the Add creator emails section, click Import CSV.
Click Upload file, add your CSV file, and then click Import.
