Campaigns for multichannel marketing
You can use Campaigns to create and track multichannel marketing efforts that work towards a specific goal. Campaigns integrate with supported marketing apps and channels to help you create multichannel marketing campaigns. You can also track ads created outside of Shopify, such as those created through third-party ad managers, by connecting your campaign's unique ID or shareable link to that ad.
You can use Campaigns as part of your multichannel marketing efforts in the following ways:
- Organize and track multiple campaign activities within a single campaign, such as combining newsletters and social campaigns for a BFCM promotion.
- Create and share custom short links and QR codes for your promotions.
- Define the traffic parameters, such as UTMs, that you want to automatically add to your campaign.
- View campaign metrics to measure the success of your campaigns.
