Forms app
The Forms app helps you to engage with your online store customers and grow your email list. Using the Forms app, you can create multiple forms to build your list of marketing email subscribers, approve wholesale retailers, and learn more about visitors to your online store. You can customize a form to control what information it collects, and how it displays on your store.
You can also add a new or existing discount to a form to incentivize customers to sign up for email marketing. After you create a form, you can view analytics, link to an automation, and create customer segments.
In addition to displaying forms on your online store, the Forms app automatically integrates with the Shop app. Customers using the Shop app can automatically apply discount codes that they receive by completing the form when they check out.
