Shopify Forms app
The Shopify Forms app helps you to engage with your online store customers and grow your email list. Using the Shopify Forms app, you can create multiple forms to build your list of marketing email subscribers, approve wholesale retailers, and learn more about visitors to your online store. You can customize a form to control what information it collects, and how it displays on your store.
You can also add a new or existing discount to a form to incentivize customers to sign up for email marketing. After you create a form, you can view analytics, link to an automation, create customer segments, and send email marketing to your subscribers using an app such as Shopify Email.
In addition to displaying forms on your online store, the Shopify Forms app automatically integrates with the Shop app. If you have the Shop channel set up on your store, then Forms automatically detects whether a customer's email is associated with a Shop account when they fill in a form. If you create a form that includes a discount code, then Forms stores that discount code on the customer's Shop account. The saved discount applies to an order automatically when the customer checks out on your store using Shop Pay, or in Shop.
