Customizing and managing reports

Caution

Your existing custom reports need to be migrated before May 15, 2025. Learn more about migrating your custom reports and creating new data explorations.

You can adjust the default reports in Shopify to display the data that you want. You can filter data, edit the columns, and select different time ranges. After using Shopify's filtering and editing features on an existing report, you can then save the modified report as a custom report. You can also create a custom report from an empty exploration state.

You can export your reports for analysis in spreadsheet programs.
