Adding or editing a shipping address in the Shopify POS cart

While you're processing an order on the iPad, you can add, edit, or delete a shipping address and shipping rate from the products and cart screen.

Add a shipping address and shipping rate

  1. In the Cart section of the products and cart screen, tap Ship all items to customer.

  2. If this is a new customer, then tap the + button.

    1. Tap the shipping address or tap Add new shipping address.
    2. If you are adding a new shipping address, then enter the information and tap Save.
  3. If this is an existing customer, then tap the customer's name.

    1. Tap the shipping address or tap Add new shipping address.
    2. If you are adding a new shipping address, then enter the information and tap Save.
  4. Select the shipping rate and tap Apply.

Edit a shipping price or shipping address

To edit the shipping details for a cart:

  1. In the Cart section of the products and cart screen, tap Shipping:

  2. In the Shipping dialog that appears, do one of the following:

    • Tap the address to edit it. When you are finished, tap Save.
    • Tap the price to edit it. When you are finished, tap Done.

Delete a shipping address and shipping rate

To remove the shipping details from a cart:

  1. From the Cart section of the products and cart screen, swipe Ship all items to customer to the left to show a Delete button.

  2. Tap Delete.
