Viewing customer gift card information on the Shopify POS app

You can view a customer's gift card information, including the remaining balance and transaction history. From the Gift card details screen, you can print, email, or text the gift card information to the customer.

Steps:

1. From the Shopify POS app, tap the global search bar.
2. In the search bar, enter the customer's name or email.
3. Tap Customers.
4. In the search results, tap the customer's name.
5. Tap View all gift cards.
6. Tap on a gift card for additional information.
7. Optional: Tap Print gift card, Email gift card, or Text gift card to send the gift card information to the customer.
8. Optional: Tap Deactivate to deactivate the gift card. This can't be undone.
