Editing a customer profile

You can change an existing customer's information in their profile, and choose whether your customer accepts marketing.

Steps:

  1. From the Shopify POS app, tap Customers in the taskbar.
  2. Type customer's name or email in the search bar.
  3. Tap the information icon beside the customer's name in the search results.
  4. Edit customer information on the Edit customer screen. You can edit information such as name, address, and preferences.
  5. Optional: If your customer accepts marketing, then toggle the Accepts marketing option in the pull-up menu.
  6. Tap Save.
