Managing your Shopify POS products in the Shopify admin
You can create new products and duplicate existing products from the Shopify admin. You also need to make them available to the Point of sales channel in your Shopify admin.
Make sure that you stock the product at your Shopify POS device's assigned location or you will not be able to see the product in the product view.
You can also import or export products using CSV files.

Add a new product
You can add new products from your Shopify admin.
Steps:
Desktop
iPhone
From the Shopify app, go to Products > All products.
From the All products screen, tap the
+
button.
Enter a title for your product, along with additional details.
Tap Save.
Android
From the Shopify app, go to Products > All products.
From the Products screen, tap the
+
button:Enter a title for your product, along with additional details.
Tap the check mark to save your product.
Duplicate a product
To save time, you can duplicate a product and then make any changes to create the new product.
If you want to add options to a product, such as color or size, then add a variant to the existing product instead of duplicating the product.
Steps:
Desktop

- From the Shopify app, go to Products > All products.
- From the All products screen, tap the product that you want to duplicate.
- From the product details screen, tap the
...
button. - Tap Duplicate product.
- Enter a title for the duplicate product.
- Optional: Select Duplicate images to use the original product's images.
- Tap Save.
Android
- From the Shopify app, go to Products > All products.
- From the All products screen, tap the product that you want to duplicate.

- Enter a title for the duplicate product.
- Optional: Select Duplicate images to use the original product's images.
- Tap the check mark to save your duplicate product.
