Stocky grades each of your product variants with an A, B, C, or U once per day. This helps you decide which products are worth reordering and which are taking up valuable storage space and money. ABC Analysis is based on the last 8 weeks of performance for each of your product variants so it might not be a good indicator for highly seasonal products.
- A grade products account for 80% of your revenue and are typically only 20% of your product range. These are your most important products. B grade is the next most important and C grade is probably not worth ordering again.
Products are given a U grade if Stocky has less than 8 weeks worth of sale data for the product.
When you activate ABC analysis for the first time, you might have to wait up to 24 hours for the correct data.
