Shopify Fulfillment Network settings

The Shopify Fulfillment Network (SFN) lets you configure your settings and preferences to best suit your business.

Contact the Shopify Fulfillment Network

You can contact the SFN team within your SFN app on the Settings page in the Fulfillment merchant manager section.

If you have a merchant manager and you have an account management question, then click their email address to start your request.

If you don't have a merchant manager, or if you have a support request, then click Create a support request. Explain the issue that you're experiencing and the SFN Support team will respond to your issue in an email.

Set a paid orders delay

If you want to delay order processing to have time to cancel orders, edit orders, or revolve customer issues, then you can set a time delay.

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, click Apps > Shopify Fulfillment Network.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. In the Paid orders delay section, enter a time amount in minutes.

If you need to bypass the time delay for a specific order, then you can request fulfillment for the order to the SFN team.

Edit packing slips

You can edit your packing slips by clicking Edit in the Packing slips section of the SFN app Settings page. This packing slip is also available in the Shipping section of your Shopify admin and is the same for orders not fulfilled by SFN.

You can map your shipping rates to the rates offered by SFN by using Shipping service levels.

Make sure that your shipping rates names are finalized before you map your rates. If you need to change the name of a shipping rate when you're mapping your rates, then first change the name of the rate in the Shipping and delivery settings of your Shopify admin, and then map the rate in the Shopify Fulfillment Network app.

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Shopify Fulfillment Network.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. In the Shipping services levels section, click Manage services.
  4. In each service level, select the shipping rate that you want to be mapped to that level.
  5. Click Save.

Order processing

The Order processing section indicates whether order processing is activated or deactivated.

When Order processing is activated, the SFN processes and fulfills new orders for you. If you want to turn off order processing, then click Deactivate in the Order processing section of the SFN app Settings page. After you confirm the deactivation, SFN won't fulfill new orders for you. This doesn't remove SFN your store. SFN is still connected to your store for billing and updating information for orders that are actively fulfilling. Deactivating order processing doesn't cancel order that have already been picked by SFN. To cancel any accepted or held order, go to the Orders section of the SFN app and cancel the order.

If Order processing is deactivated, then SFN isn't processing orders for you. To activate SFN fulfillment, click Activate in the Order processing section of the SFN app Settings page. After you confirm the activation, SFN will start fulfilling orders for you.

Products need to be active and in a fulfillment center for orders to be fulfilled.
