Submitting claims for lost or damaged shipments
If your shipment with Shopify Shipping is missing or damaged, then you can submit a shipping claim. How you submit your claim depends on the shipping service that was used for the package. In some cases, you can submit your claim directly to Shopify Shipping Support. In other cases, you must contact the shipping service directly.
