Troubleshooting the Shopify app for iOS devices
Before you start, make sure that your Shopify app is up to date. Software updates enhance your experience and help you avoid problems caused by out-of-date software. You might also want to activate automatic updates so that when an update is released, your app automatically updates on your mobile device.
You might also need to activate Cross-Website tracking.
You can try activating a setting to remove all sessions on the next launch of the Shopify app.
Steps:
- From the Settings of your iOS device, in the Apps section, tap the Shopify app.
- Activate Remove all sessions on next launch.
You can also try logging out of the app completely and then logging back in.

You can try clearing the app's data and cache.
Steps:
- From the Settings for your Android device, go to Apps & notifications > App info or Apps > Your apps.

- Tap both Clear data and Clear cache.
