Shopify admin

Your Shopify admin is the central hub for managing all aspects of your store. The admin is a back office tool for running your business' operations and logistics, as well as implementing your online design and marketing. It provides access to all the tools and features you need to run your business, including processing orders, managing products, analyzing sales data, and configuring store settings.

You and your staff members can access the Shopify admin, but your customers can't. You can access it on desktop or mobile devices in either of the following ways:

  • Desktop: Log in at shopify.com/admin using your credentials in a supported browser.
  • Mobile: The Shopify mobile app is available on iOS or Android to help you manage orders, products, and store analytics on a mobile device. Most features are available, but some advanced settings require you to be on a desktop.

If your admin is down or isn't loading, then check Shopify Status to determine if there's an active issue.
