Getting help and completing tasks with Sidekick

Sidekick is an AI assistant in your Shopify admin. You can chat with Sidekick to get guidance, generate content, build custom apps, and complete tasks using everyday language.

Other AI features are built into specific workflows in your Shopify admin. Many of these features are available at no additional cost, but availability can vary by plan, device, and language. Some features aren't optimized for mobile devices.

You can connect your store to third-party AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. From within those tools, you can ask questions and manage store data such as products, orders, and customers. You control what data is shared and what access each tool has.
