Remove order tags

The Remove order tags action removes tags from the customer that triggers the workflow.


The Remove order tags action contains the following fields.

Field Description
Tags The tags to remove from a customer. Tags are case sensitive. To remove multiple tags, do one of the following:
  • Enter each tag separately by typing the tag, and then pressing the enter key.
  • Enter multiple tags at once by separating them with commas. Whitespace between commas is removed.

    For example, entering tag1,tag2,tag3 and then pressing enter key results in tag1,tag2,tag3 initially displaying in the action. When the action is taken, three separate tags are removed: tag1, tag2, and tag3.


The Remove order tags action has a hidden field added to it by the trigger. This field, Order ID, identifies the order to have tags removed. The order ID is set by default and can't be changed.

The Remove order tags action can be used in workflows that start with the following triggers:

  • Fulfillment created
  • Fulfillment event created
  • Order cancelled
  • Order created
  • Order fulfilled
  • Order paid
  • Order risk analyzed
  • Order transaction created
  • Refund created
  • Tender transaction created
