All personal data from customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (U.K), and Switzerland is initially processed by Shopify International Limited (Ireland). Shopify affiliated entities and third-party subprocessors help Shopify process personal data for merchants in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum.
