Accessing administration options on the Settings page
Staff need the Manage settings permission to access most but not all the administration options on the Settings page in the Shopify admin. This table lists the minimum required permissions that staff need to access the different options on the Settings page. However, staff members usually need to have more permissions to edit the settings within each option.

Plan |
Allows you to view your Shopify plan. Any staff member can view the plan details, but only the store owner or staff members with the Manage plan permission can make changes to the plan. Only the store owner can pause or deactivate the store. | |
Billing |
Allows you to manage your payment methods for purchases and bills in Shopify. For merchants in the United States, this option is in the Finances section of the Shopify admin. |

Users and permissions |
Allows you to manage what your staff can view and manage in your store. If a staff member doesn't have any Administration permissions, then they can edit their own account information, but they can't manage any other staff accounts. For more information about the permissions that are required to manage other staff accounts, refer to the description of staff permissions. | |
Payments |
Allows you to activate and manage your store's payment providers and payout information. If a staff member has only the Manage settings, and the Checkout permissions, then they can only access the payment information. If a staff member has only the Manage settings, Checkout, and Manage other payment settings permissions, then they can manage payment settings. If a staff member has the Manage settings, Checkout, and View Shopify Payments payouts permissions, then they can access Shopify Payments payout information. Note: For merchants in the United States, the Payouts option is in the Finances section of the Shopify admin. |

Shipping and delivery | Allows you to manage how you ship orders to your customers. |

Taxes and duties | Allows you to manage how your store charges taxes and duties. |

Locations | Allows you to manage the places where you stock inventory, fulfill orders, and sell products. |

Gift cards | Allows you to activate Apple Wallet passes and to set gift card expiry dates. |

International | Allows you to manage the different countries and regions where you sell your products and services. |

Apps and sales channels | Allows you to manage the apps and sales channels that you use to sell your products and services. |

Domains | Allows you to buy a new domain through Shopify or to connect your third-party domain to Shopify. |

Brand | Allows you to manage your brand assets so that you can use them across multiple sales channels. |

Notifications | Allows you to manage the notifications that are sent to you and to your customers. |

Custom data | Allows you to extend your store by adding metafields for the following resources:

Allows you to extend your store by adding multi-field objects for custom content or data structures. |
