Manage your Shopify Partner Directory profile
Your Partner Directory profile provides information about your business and the services you offer to Shopify merchants. Only Partners who have received an invitation can create a profile in the Shopify Partner Directory.
Accessing your profile
You can find your existing profile or create a new one in the Partner Dashboard under Partner Directory > Profile.
Hiding your profile
If you want to hide your profile temporarily, then you can deselect the Display profile in the Partner Directory option. This will prevent your profile from being visited directly or being returned while searching or browsing the directory.
Contents of your Partner Directory profile
Your profile contains information about your business, including:
- Business name and website URL
- Business logo or image
- Brief description of your business
- Contact information: Email address and phone number
- Social media links
- Client availability: Indicate if you are currently accepting new clients
- Languages offered: The languages in which you can provide services
- Industry expertise: Your focus areas
- Location: Where your business is based
- Partner Program Tier: Your current tier within the Partner Program
Work information for merchants
Your profile also highlights the work you do for merchants, including:
- Your average rating across services
- Optional section displaying your previous projects and work
- A list of services you offer
- Merchant reviews
Additionally, your profile features a Contact button that leads to a lead form, allowing merchants to reach out directly.
Industry expertise
Merchants often prefer experts who are familiar with the merchant's industry, or who have previously worked on stores with similar requirements. To show merchants the types of stores you typically work on, you can select up to four industries that your business specializes in. These industries appear in your profile.
Featured work
You can showcase up to 6 samples of your past work to demonstrate the style, quality, and range of your services. For each sample, include:
- Title
- Description: Detail the work performed and how it benefited the merchant, including:
- The services rendered
- Problems solved or improvements made
- Duration of the project
- Approximate cost to give merchants an idea of pricing for similar work
- Supporting Link: Direct merchants to the relevant project or example.
Services you provide
In this section, select the services you offer using the menu button ⋯
to add the following details for each service:
- Service price: Enter a price range or select the Contact for pricing option.
- Specialization: Optionally, you can mark up to 5 services as specialized by selecting Set as specialized service. This highlights your expertise in those areas and allows you to provide additional descriptions that elaborate on your experience and what’s included in the service. Specialized services will be prominently displayed on your profile, along with the service price and your custom description.
