Access to the Shopify Plus Certified App Program is through an annual $15,000 USD certification fee, plus a monthly integration cost 'per Shopify Plus merchant install'.

Building and supporting a successful Shopify Plus Certified App Program as well as creating a seamless merchant experience requires significant investment and coordination on both ends to deliver on a shared value proposition. That investment in the Shopify Plus ecosystem is reflected in the program costs and encompasses the use of the Shopify platform, access to program benefits, and app certification.
