Can't log in
Follow these steps to reset your password
- From the Shopify login page, enter your store address and click Next.
- Enter your login email and click Next.
- Click on Forgot your password.
- Enter the email address you used to create your Shopify account.
- Click Reset Password.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. In the email, click Reset Password.
- Re-enter your new password in the Confirm password field.
- Click Reset Password.
- Return to your Shopify login page and log in with your new password.
