Laskujen mukauttaminen

Lähetä tukkuasiakkaillesi laskuja, jotka erilaiset kuin muille asiakkaille lähettämäsi laskut.
Kun lähetät asiakkaillesi laskun sähköpostitse, sähköposti luodaan laskumallia käyttämällä. Tässä mallissa on oletusarvoisesti linkki, jonka avulla asiakas voi siirtyä kassasivulle, jossa hän voi antaa laskutustietonsa, valita toimitustavan ja suorittaa maksun. Asiakas voi maksaa käyttämällä mitä tahansa maksupalveluntarjoajaa, joka on aktivoitu Shopify Adminissasi.
Voit muokata tätä mallia tarjotaksesi tukkuasiakkaillesi vaihtoehtoisia maksutapoja tai -ehtoja. Voit esimerkiksi lisätä koodin, joka lähettää yhden laskun verkkokaupan asiakkaille ja toisenlaisen laskun tukkukaupan asiakkaille.
Muokkaa laskumallia
- Siirry Shopify Administasi kohtaan Asetukset >Ilmoitukset.
- Klikkaa Tilaukset-osiossa Tilausluonnoksen lasku.
- Napsauta Muokkaa koodia.
- Korvaa Sähköpostiviestin teksti (HTML) -osassa oleva koodi mukautetulla mallilla. Lue lisää sähköpostimallien mukauttamisesta.
- Klikkaa Tallenna.
Esimerkki
Seuraava koodi tarkistaa, koskeeko sähköpostilasku tukkutilausta. Jos lasku koskee tukkutilausta, sähköposti sisältää ohjeet, miten kauppiaaseen otetaan yhteyttä ja miten tilaus maksetaan. Muussa tapauksessa lasku lähetetään oletusmuotoisena.

Laskun esikatselu
- Avaa tukkukaupastasi lähetetty tilausluonnos.
- Klikkaa tilaustietosivulta Lähetä lasku.
- Varmista Lähetä lasku -valintaikkunasta, että mukautettu viesti on tyhjä ja klikkaa sen jälkeen Tarkista lasku.
- Varmista, että lasku on oikein ja klikkaa sitten Lähetä lasku.
