Personalizzazione delle fatture

Inviare ai clienti all'ingrosso fatture diverse da quelle inviate ai clienti al dettaglio.

Quando invii un'email di fatturazione ai tuoi clienti, questa viene generata usando il modello di fattura. Per impostazione predefinita, questo modello fornisce ai clienti un link a una pagina di check-out in cui è possibile inserire i dati di fatturazione, selezionare una modalità di spedizione e inviare il pagamento. I clienti possono pagare utilizzando uno qualsiasi dei gestori dei pagamenti attivati nel pannello di controllo Shopify.

Puoi modificare questo modello per offrire ai tuoi clienti all'ingrosso opzioni o termini di pagamento alternativi. Ad esempio, puoi aggiungere codice che invia una fattura ai clienti del negozio fisico e una fattura diversa ai clienti del negozio all'ingrosso.

Modificare il modello di fattura

  1. Dal pannello di controllo Shopify, vai su Impostazioni > Notifiche.
  2. Nella sezione Ordini, clicca su Fattura per bozza di ordine.
  3. Clicca su Modifica codice.
  4. Sostituisci il codice nella sezione Corpo dell'email (HTML) con il tuo modello personalizzato. Maggiori informazioni sulla modifica dei modelli di email.
  5. Clicca su Salva.

Esempio

Il seguente codice verifica se l'email di fatturazione fa riferimento a un ordine all'ingrosso. Se la fattura riguarda un ordine all'ingrosso, l'email conterrà le istruzioni per il cliente affinché possa contattarti per il pagamento dell'ordine. In caso contrario, verrà inviata la fattura predefinita.

Visualizzare l'anteprima di una fattura

  1. Apri una bozza di ordine inviata dal tuo negozio all'ingrosso.
  2. Dalla pagina delle informazioni dell'ordine clicca su Invia fattura.
  3. Nella finestra di dialogo Invia fattura assicurati che il messaggio personalizzato sia vuoto, quindi clicca su Controlla fattura.
  4. Verifica che la fattura sia corretta, quindi clicca su Invia fattura.
