Kit 설정

To start using Kit, you add the app to Shopify, connect Kit to your business' Facebook Page, and choose your preferred way of communicating with Kit. You communicate with Kit to run ads, make social media posts, send emails, and use Kit's other skills.

When you set up Kit, you get an account and access to the Kit dashboard, where you can manage your settings and account information. If you use an iOS device, then you can set up Shopify Ping to communicate with Kit.

You need to have a Shopify online store with the password removed to use Kit.

Kit 앱 설치


  1. Shopify 앱 스토어에서 Kit로 이동합니다.

  2. Click Add app.

  4. From the Kit dashboard, click Connect to Facebook, and then log in to the Facebook account that's associated with the Facebook Page for your business.

  1. From the Kit dashboard, select the Facebook Page for your business, and then click Confirm primary Facebook page.

  2. Kit와 대화할 방법을 선택합니다.

- SMS를 선택하는 경우 다음 단계를 완료합니다. 1. 전화 번호, 시간대 및 이메일 주소를 입력한 다음 제출을 클릭합니다. 2. Kit에서 SMS를 통해 확인 코드를 전송합니다. 해당 코드를 입력한 다음 확인을 클릭합니다.

- Messenger를 선택하는 경우 Messenger에서 사용할 Facebook 계정을 확인한 다음 Messenger로 보내기를 클릭합니다.

Facebook Page settings

The following requirements need to be met on Facebook before you can connect your Facebook Page:

  • Your Facebook account needs to have an admin role on the Page.
  • The Facebook page needs to be published.

Connecting a Facebook Business Manager to Kit

Before you can run Facebook ads with Kit, you need to connect a Facebook Business Manager to Kit. The Business Manager needs to be connected to both your business's Facebook Page and an ad account that has an admin role for the Business Manager.

Facebook Business Manager is a tool that you can use to organize and manage your business Pages and ad accounts in one place. If you're using a personal ad account, then you need to have used it to run ads in the past before you can connect it to a Business Manager. If you've never run ads with your personal ad account, then you need to create a new ad account inside Business Manager before you can create Facebook ad campaigns. If you don't have a Business Manager, then you can create one when you're setting up Kit. If you were using a Facebook ad account with Kit before you set up Business Manager, then you might need to manually add your ad account to the Business Manager in Facebook before it will be connected to Kit. If so, then copy your Facebook ad account ID from Kit, and then click Take me to Business Manager. When adding the ad account to the Business Manager in Facebook, you can paste the account ID that you copied.

If you create a new ad account or you want to add a different ad account to Business Manager, then you need to contact Kit support to connect the new ad account to Kit. Make sure that you set up a payment method for a new ad account. For more details, watch a video on adding payment methods to a Facebook ad account.

Change Kit account settings

You can change your account settings from the Kit dashboard.

Account preferences

To access your account preferences, click the profile icon in the top right corner of the Kit dashboard, and then click Preferences.From the Preferences page, you can change the following account settings:

  • messaging platform
  • contact email address
  • 표준 시간대
  • store category

Third-party connections

To manage third-party connections with Kit, click the profile icon in the top right corner of the Kit dashboard, and then click Account Connections. From the Account Connections page, you can manage the connections between Kit and the following other services:

  • Shopify
  • Facebook
  • Instagram

You can pause messages from Kit.

Choosing how to talk to Kit

You can talk to Kit by using Shopify Ping, Messenger, or SMS:

  • Choose Shopify Ping to use the Ping app to talk to Kit from an iOS device.

  • Choose Messenger to chat with Kit from the Messenger app on your mobile device or from Facebook Messenger on desktop.

  • Choose SMS to chat with Kit from the default messaging application on your mobile phone.

Connecting Kit to SMS

You can use SMS with Kit from any of the following countries:

After you set up Kit to use SMS, you receive a confirmation text at the mobile number you set. If you don't receive a confirmation number, then you might need to contact your mobile service provider and ask them to allow the number 55643 to text you.

Kit 제거

If you want to stop using Kit temporarily, then you can pause or stop Kit's messages. If you want to remove Kit from your store, then remove the Kit app from the Apps page in Shopify.
