Using Order Printer
Go to the app store to install Order Printer
Order Printer provides a simple Invoice and Packing slip to include in shipments when fulfilling orders, or to give to your customers at a point of sale.

Print from your Shopify admin
To use the Order Printer app in your Shopify admin:
From your Shopify admin, click Orders (or press
Select the order that you want.
...in the order header and select Print with Order Printer:
Select which documents you'd like to print from the Templates section.
By default, the Order Printer displays a list of the last 10 orders made in your shop.
Click Print to print the document:
You can also print orders through Order Printer as a bulk action.
Print from Shopify POS
To use the Order Printer app in Shopify POS:
From the order confirmation page, tap Apps.
Tap Print with Order Printer app.
Choose to print an invoice, a packing slip, or both.
If you want to choose a different printer, print multiple copies, or use double-sided printing, tap Print with Order Printer to open the settings dialog.
When you're done, tap Print.

From your Shopify admin, click Apps (or press

Click Manage templates in the app header.
Select which templates to Print by Default:
Save a document as a PDF
Order Printer uses your browser's print function to print documents. Each browser and operating system handles saving to PDF a little differently.
Google Chrome on Mac OS X or Windows
If you're using the Google Chrome browser, you can save to a PDF directly from the print dialog. Under Destination, click Change... and then select Save as PDF:
Mac OS X
Mac OS X's print dialog will allow you to print to PDF from any browser. In the print dialog box, select PDF on the bottom left and then select Save as PDF...:
For browsers other than Google Chrome on Windows, you can use software like CutePDF to save to PDF from any print dialog.
Removing the header and footer from printed pages
Most browsers add a header and footer automatically to every page they print. You can remove these to give your documents a cleaner, more professional look. Each browser has a different way to remove these:
