Manage orders in bulk in Shopify Mobile

If you're using Shopify Mobile for iPhone, then you can archive, open, and capture payment for orders in bulk from the Orders screen.

Note

You can't manage orders in bulk using Shopify Mobile for Android at this time.

Archive orders

On the Shopify Mobile Orders screen, open orders appear in blue with a blue circle beside them. When an order is paid and fulfilled, you can show that the order is completed by archiving the order. The Orders screen displays archived orders in grey and without a circle. Archiving orders makes it easy to see which orders are complete and no longer need your attention.

To archive orders in bulk:

  1. From the Orders screen, tap Edit:

  2. Tap the orders that you want to archive:
    Select open orders iphone
  3. Tap Archive:
    Tap archive iphone

The Orders screen updates to show that the orders are now archived:

Mark orders as open

The Shopify Mobile Orders screen displays open orders with a circle next to them so that you can quickly see which orders might still need your attention. If you archive an order, you can open it again from the Orders screen.

To open an archived order:

  1. From the Orders screen, tap Edit:
    Edit archived orders iphone
  2. Tap the orders that you want to mark as open:
    Select archived orders iphone
  3. Tap Open:
    Tap open iphone

The Orders screen updates to show that the orders are now open.

Capture authorized payments

If you've configured your payment settings to capture payment manually, then you can capture payment for orders in bulk from the Orders screen. Orders that have not been paid show as Authorized

To capture payment for orders in bulk:

  1. From the Orders screen, tap Edit:
    Edit authorized orders iphone
  2. Tap the orders that you want to capture payment for:

  3. Tap Capture:
    Tap capture iphone

The Orders screen updates to show that the orders are now paid:
