Shipping in Germany

You can use third-party shipping apps to fulfill and ship your orders using shipping carriers in Germany. Install and open third-party shipping apps directly from your Shipping and delivery settings page and from the Shipping labels page.

Before you use third-party shipping apps, make sure to get familiar with how shipping works and how you can set up and manage your shipping and delivery settings in your Shopify admin.

Third-party shipping apps

Third-party shipping apps, such as easyDPD or Post & DHL Shipping can integrate with your Shopify admin and can help you simplify your shipping process. Depending on the shipping app and its features, you can do the following actions:

  • manage your shipping accounts
  • create shipping labels for domestic and international orders individually and in bulk
  • share tracking numbers with your customers
  • use local shipping carriers that are used by your customers
  • track order status automatically

Install an app from the shipping settings page

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.
  2. In the Shipping apps section, click Install next to the shipping app that you want to install.
  3. Click Install app.

Install an app from the shipping labels page

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Orders > Shipping labels.
  2. In the Shipping in Germany section, click Install next to the shipping app that you want to install.
  3. Click Install app.
