Adding or editing a shipping address in the Shopify POS cart

You cannot add a shipping address in Shopify POS for iPhone or Android. If you're using Shopify POS on a mobile device, then add shipping information using a cart note instead.

While you're processing an order on the iPad, you can add, edit, or delete a shipping price and address from the products and cart screen.

Add a shipping price and address

To add a shipping price and address to a cart:

  1. In the Cart section of the products and cart screen, tap Add shipping:

  2. Enter the shipping price, the customer's name, and the shipping address.

  3. Tap Save. The Cart section updates to show the cost of shipping.

Edit a shipping price or shipping address

To edit the shipping details for a cart:

  1. In the Cart section of the products and cart screen, tap Shipping:

    Verify shipping address
  2. In the Shipping dialog that appears, do one of the following:

    • Tap the address to edit it. When you are finished, tap Save:
      Edit shipping address
    • Tap the price to edit it. When you are finished, tap Done:
      Edit shipping price

Delete a shipping price and address

To remove the shipping details from a cart:

  1. From the Cart section of the products and cart screen, swipe Shipping to the left:

  2. A red Delete button appears. Tap Delete to delete the shipping price and address, or tap elsewhere in the Cart section to cancel:
