Identifying Twitter orders

Each order placed directly through Twitter is flagged in the Order Details area on the order's page.


The Twitter sales channel will be deactivated on February 1, 2017.

If you're on the Shopify plan or higher, then you can generate a report to view a breakdown of sales from each channel. If you're on the Advanced Shopify plan, then you can add a channel name to the report dimensions to compare sales for a specific product by channel.

To view a list of your Twitter sales:

  1. From your Shopify admin, click Orders.

  2. Open the Filter orders drop-down menu:

  1. Choose Sales channel and Twitter:

  1. Click Add filter.

  2. From the Orders page, click the order number of the order you want to view.


The Overview page displays recent sales and traffic data for the Twitter sales channel.
