Facturen aanpassen

Stuur je groothandelsklanten facturen die anders zijn dan de facturen die je naar je winkelklanten stuurt.

Wanneer je een factuur per e-mail naar je klanten stuurt, wordt de e-mail gegenereerd met behulp van de factuurtemplate. Deze template biedt klanten standaard een link naar een checkoutpagina waar ze factuurgegevens kunnen invoeren, een verzendmethode kunnen selecteren en de betaling kunnen indienen. Klanten kunnen betalen met een van de betalingsproviders die zijn ingeschakeld in je Shopify-beheercentrum.

Je kunt deze template bewerken om je groothandelsklanten andere betaalmethoden of -termijnen te bieden. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld code toevoegen waarmee een bepaalde factuur naar je winkelklanten wordt gestuurd en een andere factuur naar je groothandelsklanten.

De factuurtemplate bewerken

  1. Ga in het Shopify-beheercentrum naar Instellingen > Meldingen.
  2. Klik in het gedeelte Bestellingen op Factuur conceptbestelling.
  3. Klik op Code bewerken.
  4. Vervang de code in het gedeelte E-mailtekst (HTML) door je aangepaste template. Meer informatie over het bewerken van e-mailtemplates.
  5. Klik op Opslaan.

Voorbeeld

De volgende code controleert of de factuur-e-mail voor een groothandelsbestelling is. Als de factuur voor een groothandelsbestelling is, bevat de e-mail instructies waarmee de klant contact met jou kan opnemen om voor hun bestelling te betalen. Anders wordt de standaardfactuur verzonden.

Een voorbeeld van een factuur bekijken

  1. Open een conceptbestelling die bij je groothandel is ingediend.
  2. Klik op de gegevenspagina van de bestelling op Factuur verzenden.
  3. Controleer in het dialoogvenster Factuur verzenden of het aangepaste bericht leeg is, klik vervolgens op Factuur controleren.
  4. Controleer of de factuur correct is en klik vervolgens op Factuur verzenden.
