Forecasting orders and viewing order analytics
You can view analytics about your orders from the Orders page in your Shopify admin. Order analytics help you understand your sales patterns, track fulfillment performance, and identify trends over time.
You can track metrics such as order volume, fulfillment rates, and average order value. The conversion summary on individual order pages displays how customers found your store and what actions they took before purchasing.
Order forecasting uses your historical sales data to predict future demand. You can use these forecasts to make decisions about inventory levels, plan for seasonal fluctuations, and understand how promotions affect your order volume.
