Shopify Forms app
The Shopify Forms app helps you to engage with your online store customers and grow your email list. Using the Shopify Forms app, you can create multiple forms to build your list of marketing email subscribers, approve wholesale retailers, and learn more about visitors to your online store. You can customize a form to control what information it collects, and how it displays on your store.
You can also add a new or existing discount to a form to incentivize customers to sign up for email marketing. After you create a form, you can view analytics, trigger an automation, tag customers to create customer segments, and send email marketing to your subscribers using an app such as Shopify Messaging.
When your store has Sign in with Shop activated, eligible forms display a Claim with Shop button by default. If you don't want to display the Claim with Shop button on a specific form, then you can remove it in the form's settings.
The Shopify Forms app needs to be installed before you can use it. The app doesn't come installed by default with any Shopify plan, but it's free to install and use.
